Wedding Mitra is a curated marketplace. These standards keep the experience trustworthy for both couples and vendors.

All vendors submit valid business or ID proof before going live. This is what earns the “Verified” badge couples trust.

Upload your own work. Stock photography, unlicensed images, or another vendor's portfolio will result in removal.

Couples expect a reply to enquiries within one business day. Consistent slow responses affect your ranking.

Quoted packages should reflect what you actually charge. Bait pricing followed by large mark-ups is not tolerated.

Fulfil the scope agreed with the couple. Repeated verified complaints can lead to suspension.

Soliciting couples to book entirely off-platform to avoid reviews or support undermines trust for everyone.
