Logistics seem nightmarish — 200 guests flying in. Anyone done it recently? What was the realistic cost difference vs Delhi?

Did mine at Taj Lake Palace Feb 2026. 220 guests. Roughly 35% more than Delhi but the experience and photos are once in a lifetime.
